Ȋn luna Aprilie, Lateral Art Space ȋmplineşte un an de activitate.
Cu această ocazie, Ana-Maria Huluban propune o instalaţie video pe 3 canale cu titlul "UNU", făcând o trimitere la principiul primordial al unităţii. Fiecare din cele 3 canale video corespunde unei "părţi" integratoare a lumii observate. Central se proiectează efecte create de lumină [Voinţa] ; ȋn partea dreaptă sunt proiectate imagini din natură [Fiinţa], iar ȋn partea stângă imagini ce surprind construcţii realizate de om [Egoul]. Ultimele două (fiinţa, ego) se dizolvă ȋn prima (voinţa), reliefând dinamica formatoare a acestui “UNU”.
Publicul este invitat să schimbe ordinea video-urilor din instalaţie pentru a crea noi combinaţii ȋntre cele trei triunghiuri proiectate. Astfel, publicul contribuie direct la dinamica vizuală a lucrării, generând versiuni proprii de redare.

Instalația Anei Huluban va fi accesibilă DOAR în data de 26 Aprilie între orele 19:00 și 22:00,
acesta fiind ultimul eveniment al Lateral Art Space în locaţia actuală. Detalii despre noua locaţie vor fi făcute publice odată cu promovarea următorului eveniment expoziţional din cadrul Lateral Art Space.

In April, Lateral Art Space celebrates one year of activity.
With this occasion, Ana-Maria Huluban presents a 3-channel video installation with the title "UNU" ("ONE" in Romanian), which is meant to illustrate the principle of "ONE". Each of the three video channels is linked to one "part" of the observed world. In the center can be seen light effects [Will]; on the right there are images from nature [Being], and on the left are various images which show man made structures [Ego]. These last two (being, ego) are dissolving in the first one (will), revealing the dynamics of the formation of "ONE".
The viewers are invited to change the order of images, to create new combinations of the three triangle-shaped videos. Thus, the viewers get to interact with the artwork and change the visual dynamics of the installation, creating new and personal versions of it.
["The Being and the Ego are the two opposing poles of the Will-generating field. From where do all of these originate, if not from Consciousness? Everything that can be acknowledged has an intelligible beginning and end, but on the other hand, little can be said about consciousness in itself, which is generated by/generating a principle."]
Ana Huluban’s installation will be accesible ONLY on the 26th of April, between 19:00 and 22:00, this being the last event in the current location of Lateral Art Space, the next exhibition will take place in a new location within the Paintbrush Factory.
